Spencer Thomas is a writer, content creator, and storyteller who loves exploring queerness, pop culture, and the messy, complicated parts of growing up. He’s the creator of byspencerthomas, a social media platform where he shares lifestyle content, creative writing, and LGBTQ+ stories with a community of over 260,000 people.

Spencer is currently a senior at NYU, studying English on the Creative Writing Track with a minor in Journalism. He is the author of Goodbye to Boyhood, a debut short story collection that examines queer adolescence, masculinity, and identity through deeply personal and reflective storytelling. His work spans social media, journalism, and literature, with a focus on fostering meaningful conversations and authentic representation. As he continues to expand his career, Spencer remains dedicated to storytelling in all forms—whether through his writing, digital content, or ongoing creative projects. He lives in New York City with his cat, Edward.
